Does Vibration training really help increase muscle and reduce fat?
If used correctly and with the right rate of progression vibration training has an increadible ability to increase muscle tone. Combing it with the right nutrition it can increase muscle mass and reduce fat levels significantly. Weight loss is not instant like most companies claim because there is usually an initial increase in muscle mass. However, this increase in muscle mass is very improtant because it is the muscle (the 'calorie burning furnace') that ultimately helps with losing weight and crucially maintaing that weight loss.
