Pilates/Yoga Studio

We are pleased to open our newest space at the clinic - the Pilates and Yoga studio. Located next to our rehabilitation studio it is a wonderful space in which to work on your flexibility and core stability. The area has been carefully created with soft furnishings to be different but more comfortable area to attend classes, full length mirrors help you recognise body position and natural light alongside soft interior lighting make the whole space feel welcoming. The natural rural setting at Parley really makes the whole experience of attending a class unique and focused on wellbeing. 

 

Our classes are open to both existing and new clients, there are different ability levels so please read the class descriptions below.

All equipment is provided but if you wish to bring any of your own you are most welcome too.

 

All classes are 60 minutes each.

Classes can be bought individually for £15 or you can purchase a block of 6 sessions for £75

Payment can be made over the phone all at the clinic prior to attending your class.

 

All our classes are taught by experienced instructors, you can find out more about our instructors below.

 

Maximum number of participants for each class is 6, to ensure that every client gets good feedback and tuition.

The full six sessions must be paid for at time of booking to confirm booking.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga prepares your body and mind for the Birth and parenthood and is a wonderful Environment for you to build the connection and bond with your baby.

Each yoga class includes physical Yoga postures and movements to build strength and flexibility; breathing practices both for the birth and to aid relaxation; hypnobirthing relaxations and birth preparation techniques.

 

All are welcome from 12 weeks of pregnancy and are inclusive for all levels from complete newcomers to yoga to experienced practitioners-variations are always given to suit your body and how you feel that particular day.
